The ICRSSL dates back to the 1960s, where Georgetown teams Ajax and Eagles are founding members. The league, which is an inter-County

recreational soccer league, comprises teams from the regions of  Mississauga (8), Georgetown (7), Caledon (2), Milton (2), Brampton (1), Erin (1)

and Acton (1).
